Jill Arndt headshot.jpeg

Jill Arndt, LMHCA

She/Her Pronouns

Jill believes that building healthy relationships is the most important thing we can do to build meaningful lives. Those relationships can be with others - and they can be the relationships we have with ourselves.

Jill approaches the work with an eye toward multiculturalism, and understands that therapy is a fairly Western concept. With that awareness, she always strives to expand her knowledge of how her sessions can be a more inclusive and understanding space for people of all cultural backgrounds. While Jill's approach to therapy tends to be very in-the-moment (interpretation: no homework), She is happy to accommodate client requests for supplemental out-of-session reading/homework/mindfulness tools as appropriate.

Jill:

  • works with Couples, Families, and Individuals

  • offers evening appointments

  • offers reduced-fee  appointments
