Aidan's therapeutic style is primarily rooted in CBT and EFT approaches, which help clients explore beliefs and unhelpful patterns of thinking, while also involving exploring emotion as it arises.  Aidan has also been trained in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. Aidan enjoys working with those navigating grief/loss, gender and sexual identity exploration, men's issues, generational trauma, sexual trauma, religious, trauma, infidelity, sexual and intimacy issues, setting boundaries in relationships, exploring the impact of cultural influences, LGBTQIA+ issues, depression, and anxiety.

Jonathan Aderhold, LMHC

He/Him Pronouns

Jonathan understands the importance of feeling heard in a relationship, and helps couples learn to share openly while avoiding the pitfalls of criticism and defensiveness. Jonathan's approach applies techniques and draws from the research developed by Drs. John and Julie Gottman and is heavily influenced by the EFT model created by Dr. Sue Johnson. Jonathan is also experienced in helping individuals with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, religious trauma, and faith transitions.
