Business Manager / Executive Assistant
Mettarel Associates, located in Seattle, WA, is seeking a part- or full-time Business Manager / Executive Assistant to join our team. The role will be a hybrid, with work taking place in our Seattle office, but some flexibility for remote work is acceptable. The Business Manager / Executive Assistant will play a critical role in supporting daily operations, providing executive-level assistance, and managing financial and administrative tasks. This role will work closely with all members of the Mettarel team, including management and support staff, to ensure efficient communication and productivity.

We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented, and organized individual to join our team as a Business Manager / Executive Assistant to contribute to the growth and efficiency of our practice.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, in Business Administration or a related field a plus

5+ years of experience in a business management or executive assistant role ideal
-
Experience in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) or other office suites
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands effectively
-
Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
-
Experience using scheduling and calendaring software, such as Microsoft Outlook, Google Calendar, or similar applications

Experience using project management software, such Asana, Trello, or similar applications
-
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with teams, including cross-functional teams and remote team members

Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically
