WHAT: This is a small group for cisgender women who want to explore and experience increased desire in their intimate sexual relationships. You do not need to currently be in a relationship to participate in the group. The group is based on the pioneering work of Lori Brotto teaching women how to use mindfulness to cultivate desire. The format will include a combination of group interaction, information sharing, experiential exercises, and home exercises.
WHO: This group is intended for cisgender women of all sexual orientations. You do not need to be in a current relationship to participate in the group.
WHEN: The group will meet for 6 weeks beginning (TBD) from 7:00pm - 9:00pm.
WHERE: This group will meet online.
COST: $400 for the full 12 hours

Mindy McGovern, MA, LMFT, CST
Mindy McGovern (MA, LMFT) is a couple, family, and individual therapist who provides counseling services at Mettarel Associates in Seattle, Washington. She has trained extensively in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Gottman Therapy. She is a Certified Sex Therapist (CST) through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors. She has completed training at the University of Ottawa, Canada with Peggy Kleinplatz in treating couples struggling with low/no sexual desire and/or desire discrepancy where one partner is more interested in sex than the other.
